Return Policy

All purchase orders to retailers are final. If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact Kuna Fine Goods within 10 days. Kuna Fine Goods will pay your return shipping and shall replace the damaged merchandise with an equivalent item at no additional cost. In the event that the damaged item is no longer available, Kuna Fine Goods will help you select replacement merchandise. The difference between the original costs and that of the replacement merchandise shall be either credited to or debited from your account accordingly.
